Work Permit Application
We handle work permit processes for foreign nationals working for the company, partners, and managers. Before applying, we examine whether the company and the applicant meet the evaluation criteria and whether they are eligible for exemption; we prepare the application documents, submit it, and follow up until the application is completed.
Following the approval of the leave, we also handle the SGK registration and inclusion in the payroll, the applications for extending expired leave, and the notifications to be made in the event of employee departure. We monitor the leave periods and alert you before the period expires. We assess the tax and social security status of foreign employees in Turkey based on social security agreements between countries.
Registered Employer (EOR) Service
In the registered employer model, an employee of a foreign company that does not have legal personality in Turkey is employed by a service provider established in Turkey; the employment contract, payroll, social security and tax obligations remain with the service provider, while the content of the work and day-to-day management remain with the foreign company.
This model is suitable for businesses that want to operate with limited staff in Turkey and do not yet plan to establish a company. We start with examining the job the employee will actually take on. Since there may be a tax liability in Turkey in cases where the employee negotiates or signs a contract on behalf of the company, we consider the options of a branch or liaison office together in these cases. We also handle the transition of employees to the new company in the event of future company establishment in Turkey.
